Reviews make the difference

As an owner of a small business I know how important reviews are.  The new reality is that written reviews are the modern version of a word of mouth referral.  Supporting small business is something that always makes a difference.  I would ask that you take a few minutes and really lend some support.  Your assistance would be much appreciated.

We carefully consider and use the reviews we gratefully receive to identify a rationale on our need for improvement. We can often find specific rationales that might emerge from our customers views that we may otherwise over look.

First, we look for total consistency in our service strategy to maintain customer satisfaction. As an example, we received a comment from one startled but happy client, “They even washed my car on a rainy day.” The consistency reaffirms the application of effort we strive for.  The idea of spending a few extra minutes on everyone of our services comes into a positive focus.

Secondly, we look for a flaw in our previous practice as a means to refine and improve. We've seen comments such as, “ I love my new windshield wipers! Now to clean the inside of my window so I can actually see.” Yes, that comment now has us cleaning the inside of the window on a wiper replacement. Anything less is less than full service.

Lastly, we get a sense of the value of time. All reviews have taken the sender a few precious minutes to write and send through their thoughts. Those moments that could have been spent doing chores, helping others, spent with loved ones are sent to us and are appreciated in a way that we find hard to express.

Needed my 1969 Fargo Truck Certified to get it on the road, The techs new their stuff great job on finding everything it needed. Serena sourcing the old parts, as you can imagine, was a chore, every wall she hit she pivoted to try another solution, finally getting the old truck ready and now I'm on the road, will be back for repairs as they pop up. Will need a carb rebuild etc. Thanks everyone

By Far… The Best Auto Service Maintenance & Staff in Burlington!! We have been going to see Steve & his staff at The Auto Station for 5 years now, and we cannot speak more highly of them. We have had many good Mechanics over the years but Steve and his Team are number 1 on the list. We have had several cars there; a GM, Honda Accord, and the latest two Ford SUVs over the years which are purring like kittens! In fact, one of them I have owned since day one and is about to roll 360,000 thousand klms with no signs of stopping, due to the care and expertise of Steve and his Staff. As someone whom has been in Customer Support for over 20 years in a billion dollar industry, as well as by trade an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you can expect I have an extremely high standard for Maintenance, Part Quality, and how I am to be treated. The Auto Station fulfills my expectations, and also manages to keep surprising me once in a while! Their Aftermarket Parts & Warranties, as well as your choice for Original Manufacture Parts are top of the line. Their Techs are highly skilled & trained, and their knowledge of Shocks, Struts, Control Arms, Alignment, Tires, Rims, Breaks, & Rotors (the most import parts that keep you safe on the ground) are absolute top-notch, especially this time of year. Their Engine, Fuel, Ignition & Hydraulic Service Programs are great with high-end cleaning and treatment products, that some even have a mini-warranty with the treatment. They will let you know what needs to be done, what should be done, what could be done, and what will need to be done in the coming future. In fact, they have amazing digital reports sent to you via smartphone texts and/or emails, describing the categories of work recommended, vehicle inspection report, findings, as well as digital pictures of those parts…. This is called Fully Open Disclosure. They won’t start any work after their inspection unless you authorize it. I can think of several times in my life this was not the case with other Dealers or Mechanics I “used to” go to in the past that cost me unnecessary expenditures. Steve will always address any questions or concerns you may have about any topic related to your visit. When you become a regular loyal customer, Steve recognizes that, and the “Perks” just keep coming, such as; free loaner cars while yours is in the shop, $ discounts on specific things, car washers, car interior detailing, help with checking out any new used car you are looking at, help with finding great Auto Partners for any Body Work or Stereo/ Reverse Camera specialists, & so much more. I can assure you when you come to The Auto Station you will be treated like family, and fairly, and not just a number going through a ‘drive-through’ service center. We have even spoke that if we moved within 45 min drive, we will still have our vehicles maintained by Steve’s Team. If you don’t believe me, go see them, grab a coffee ( and its good coffee btw), and see how you and all the other customers are treated. You won’t regret it.

Everyone at the Auto Station is always very considerate of my time constraints and of my budget. Someone always takes the time to explain to me what needs to be done, what my options are and the benefits of each, which I appreciate very much. Steve, Brent and the folks at Auto Station are extremely knowledgeable and passionate when it comes to cars. We have been going to them for years and my recent experience with a very challenging and hard to find issue with my Audi validated this choice. Steve and Brent took the issue on as a personal challenge and made sure they found and fixed it right. Their final bill was more than fair given the complexity of the issue and I know from experience that they always stand by their work, no questions asked.

Arrived in distress. Broken down on the highway, on a tow truck, and late for dinner. The folks at Auto Station had my problem diagnosed as a coolant problem caused by a broken hose fitting on my heater core. The part was in and the service was completed before my complimentary cup of coffee was cool enough to drink. I was back on the road in no time and the cost was very reasonable. Fantastic service! Highly recommend.

Thanks to all the amazing folks at The Auto Station for keeping my car reliable and dependable! Right in the middle of a global pandemic I suddenly found myself having car trouble. I have a ton of uncertainty getting around as it is with the concerns of the situation, but the thought of being stranded somewhere with no real way to remain socially distant really left me afraid to venture out to get to much needed services and supplies. One call to Serena at The Auto Station and all is well. These folks came out and picked up my car, performed a service, then dropped the car back off in my driveway. It turns out that the battery simply needed to be charged up in my Mini Cooper as it had been sitting for weeks. What a terrible time to not have my car start. I'm so happy to say that I'm back to getting around just fine!

I've always found the folks at The Auto Station to be more than just helpful. I was having an intermittent clunking sound coming from somewhere under my GMC Yukon Denali when traveling over small bumps at highway speeds. It was not a safety issue but it was something that was driving me crazy. I had the truck in for an oil change and received a full inspection as part of the regular service. Serena had sent me a text that had a list of everything needed including a photo and video of the suspension part that was causing the clunk. I am happy to report that all is quiet on my drive these days and my truck drives like new! Thanks to the great team at The Auto Station.
