Reviews make the difference

As an owner of a small business I know how important reviews are.  The new reality is that written reviews are the modern version of a word of mouth referral.  Supporting small business is something that always makes a difference.  I would ask that you take a few minutes and really lend some support.  Your assistance would be much appreciated.

We carefully consider and use the reviews we gratefully receive to identify a rationale on our need for improvement. We can often find specific rationales that might emerge from our customers views that we may otherwise over look.

First, we look for total consistency in our service strategy to maintain customer satisfaction. As an example, we received a comment from one startled but happy client, “They even washed my car on a rainy day.” The consistency reaffirms the application of effort we strive for.  The idea of spending a few extra minutes on everyone of our services comes into a positive focus.

Secondly, we look for a flaw in our previous practice as a means to refine and improve. We've seen comments such as, “ I love my new windshield wipers! Now to clean the inside of my window so I can actually see.” Yes, that comment now has us cleaning the inside of the window on a wiper replacement. Anything less is less than full service.

Lastly, we get a sense of the value of time. All reviews have taken the sender a few precious minutes to write and send through their thoughts. Those moments that could have been spent doing chores, helping others, spent with loved ones are sent to us and are appreciated in a way that we find hard to express.

5 star service! Highly recommend the auto station.

Went in to have a nail removed from tire. Called earlier that day and they said "come on by". When I got there, the truck was promptly taken into shop and put on hoist. Brad looked at front tire an pulled a teeny tiny nail out. I went to the office to see Steve to pay and by then the news has spread. "Don't worry about it" is what he said when I asked how much. This is my kind of Mechanic. These guys don't fool around and if its less than thought, (in my case way less) there's a chance of a no charge visit. The Auto Station seems to be setting a new standard for the customer experience.

At long last, a garage and mechanics you can trust! A garage where you can take your car and know they aren't going to steal the gold teeth from your mouth. And mechanics who talk to you like a human being and not like the village idiot. I don't like getting any of my cars repaired but, when it is necessary, I always take them to The Auto Station.

Everyone there treated me very well. Very welcoming and comfortable. Steve went be on my expectations and researched the proper tire for my challenging and specific needs, Thanks Steve. I also asked then check out a problem with an indicator light that afterwards turned out to be a faulty sensor, this took 45 minutes but NO CHARGE. Thanks so much everyone from the technicians, to the staff up front. I definitely recommend the Auto Station. Chris.

Simply impressed, this was my first time taking a vehicle somewhere new in over 10 years. We didn't get anything major done, just an oil change. When I picked up my car it had been vacuumed and washed, never would I have expected that. I was also told about a small issue that needs to be taken care of soon or the car would break down on the road somewhere, leaving my wife(who drives this car) and our new born stranded somewhere. The care and service that went into this one visit, my first visit, simply impressed me and I will be returning their soon for that small repair and anytime after that when something needs to be looked at or fixed on either of our cars.

The service at the Auto Station is great, I like how I am physically shown what needs to be fixed so that I know I am well informed. They also talked to me about the different quality in parts when ordering, as I keep having an ongoing problem with the rotors being worn on my Nissan Quest. Thanks guys.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Autostation for all your car repairs. You won't see me going back to the dealer or anywhere else for that matter. Great service, great value, friendly & honest people.
