Reviews make the difference

As an owner of a small business I know how important reviews are.  The new reality is that written reviews are the modern version of a word of mouth referral.  Supporting small business is something that always makes a difference.  I would ask that you take a few minutes and really lend some support.  Your assistance would be much appreciated.

We carefully consider and use the reviews we gratefully receive to identify a rationale on our need for improvement. We can often find specific rationales that might emerge from our customers views that we may otherwise over look.

First, we look for total consistency in our service strategy to maintain customer satisfaction. As an example, we received a comment from one startled but happy client, “They even washed my car on a rainy day.” The consistency reaffirms the application of effort we strive for.  The idea of spending a few extra minutes on everyone of our services comes into a positive focus.

Secondly, we look for a flaw in our previous practice as a means to refine and improve. We've seen comments such as, “ I love my new windshield wipers! Now to clean the inside of my window so I can actually see.” Yes, that comment now has us cleaning the inside of the window on a wiper replacement. Anything less is less than full service.

Lastly, we get a sense of the value of time. All reviews have taken the sender a few precious minutes to write and send through their thoughts. Those moments that could have been spent doing chores, helping others, spent with loved ones are sent to us and are appreciated in a way that we find hard to express.

So glad that we came to Auto Station, the friendly service warm welcome by the team was outstanding. After having a problem with our car one phone call and they took care of us the very next day and had our car running perfectly. They explained the work to us and had it completed that day . I purchased a vehicle from a customer of the Auto Station. After driving the vehicle for about a week I noticed an oil leak. I called Auto Station and they said to bring it in and they will check the vehicle. They checked the vehicle, found the issue and covered the whole repair under warranty! They also provided me with a loaner vehicle during the time my vehicle was being repaired. At no cost! The whole team from the owner, the office staff to the technicians are professional, honest and stand behind their work. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated and how much the team did to correct the issue with my vehicle. If you need a shop in Burlington for any reason go to The Auto Station! Professional, transparent, informative, and friendly! I took my newly purchased used 2011 Land Rover LR4 HSE in to The Auto Station for a safety. The vehicle failed the the safety quite spectacularly! However, the team at The Auto Station, in particular John who was the technician assigned to my vehicle, was great at helping me understand the issues and guiding me through the process. I was particularly impressed by how John took me under the hoisted vehicle and showed me all that was wrong with it. His report was conveniently messaged to me as soon as it was available via text message, with a link to the report online. That was very helpful, as it gave me a chance to commit to memory the concerns and problems. The report contained photos of the vehicle and named all the issues in detail as well as costs to repair them. At no point did I feel pressure to make any decisions. Although John was clear on what he recommended for the vehicle, I was given the information as straight fact and was encouraged to make my own informed decision. ​John would even suggest alternative solutions to certain problems that did not entail any involvement by the garage or himself. I appreciated how he treated me with respect and that there was no hint of condescension, despite my ignorance. I was happy to receive a free substitute vehicle when the services were being conducted. I was also very pleased to be able to get back under the hoist to witness the progress of the the repairs. I was really impressed by the garages transparency throughout the whole process. I also enjoyed that they offered only OEM parts and were able to grant me 3 year warranty on all the parts replaced. The front end staff was friendly and very accommodating as well! I worked primarily with Grace. She answered my calls and texts promptly and was very kind. Steve the owner too took a personal interest and concern in the process and was very helpful and encouraging. Buying a used motor vehicle has been a learning experience for me and I am extremely glad that my wife and I trusted the reviews we read here on Google for The Auto Station and decided to work with them. It is so refreshing to see an auto garage committed to transparency and to facilitating the learning process that is involved for most of us when dealing with vehicle concerns. Went to the auto station. The front service advisors Grace and Serena were extremely helpful and went through the digital reports and made sure I understood all the required repairs. They offered me a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. I recommend this shop to everyone

I have been to a few shops in the area and I have never had a more satisfying experience with repairs on my vehicle than I had with auto station. Detailed repair report , not looking to upsell parts. In fact 1 part they thought was defective wasn't. They advised me and removed it from the work order! Honesty and great service goes far with me! I will return! Thank you Auto station

I had a vehicle tested to meet Ontario's safety standards today at this location. The service at the front desk was professional, courteous and accommodating. The individual who helped us, Serena, explained the process to us and created good rapport. The Auto Station exceeded my expectations when it came to their courtesy services. They offered us a car to use in the meantime while the vehicle we had with them was being looked at. When we got the failing results of our safety standards test, Serena told us that they did their best to find a way to save on some parts that would be needed. While ultimately the cost of repair was not something we were going to pay due to the age of the vehicle, Serena made me feel she had my best interests in mind. My only feedback about my experience would be regarding the turnaround time of the inspection. Initially we were quoted around 1h30m to 2 hours. However, we did not get results until 3 1/2 hours had elapsed. If not for the courtesy vehicle, this would have been a larger inconvenience. A follow up regarding turnaround time would be the only thing I'd change about my experience with this business. Thank you Serena and the rest of the staff at The Auto Station for the service!

We have been customers of the Auto station since pretty well day one! Always professional, thorough, honest, and personable. This visit was for tires. After stopping at the dealership and realizing that there was no way they were going to deal with my issue without an appointment (busy and hectic there) i popped over to Auto Station. the young ladies at counters were very helpful and by the end of the day I was set up with a 4 cross climate tires. I didnt even know that option was available until the visit. So I wont need winter tires moving forward (pardon the pun). Thanks to all of you at Auto Station for your help !!!
